Warrant out for Sudanese leader on war crimes charges

International Criminal Court prosecutors are sekking to arrest Sudan President Omar al-Beshir on war crimes charges.
The US State Department has revealed the Sudanese leader has been named in a case involving crimes in the country's war-stricken western Darfur region.
Khartoum, which has already refused to surrender two war crimes suspects already named, has warned the move could create political fallout in the Arab and African world.
The African Union, Arab League and Organisation of the Islamic Conference have already raised concerns about a prosecution, with the AU's Peace and Security Council saying it will hold crisis talks on the issue.
China's UN ambassador has said plans to issue a warrant for Beshir are likely to jeapodise peace prospects, while about 1,000 demonstrators rallied in Khartoum on Sunday to denounce the anticipated charges.

The controversial US company Louis Berger Group has been awarded a US$ 700 million contract for revamping infrastructure in the autonomous region of South Sudan, paid as development aid by the US government. The US contractor has been much criticised for “disastrous” infrastructure projects in other US protectorates; Iraq and Afghanistan.

Why not help Balochs?
Why not sue retired General, Musharaf of genocide of Balochs in Balochistan ?
ICC must take notice that for the last four years, more than 8 000 Balochs
have been kidnapped, among them juvalines and women, who are being
torchered and raped in Prison by ISI, MI and personal of Frontier Constably who are the ex-students of Islami Madesahs. Thousands of Baluchs have
been killed by Frontier constablry and it continue till filling this report.
Balochistan have been destroyed by Jet bombardment by Paki Army using
even chemical bombs. About 2 00 000 Balochs have been displaced and
are living the life of intern refuge in different parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Mr. Musharaf and Mr. Sherpao and the responsible gays should be arrested
by NATO forces and be brought before ICC for justice because Balochs
are not Talibans/al-qaeda but friends of NATO forces and yearn for the
freedom of Balochistan which was occupied by Pakistan in 1948
