SHENZHEN, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- Wang Qinjin, a young man from Leping of east China's Jiangxi Province, came to Shenzhen to search for a job after graduating from college in July of 2009.

Attracted by the talent training program of the SF Express Co., Ltd., Wang applied for the company's warehouse keeper and delivery man and was soon recruited in. He worked very hard, being selected as a future manager eight months later.

Also in the year 2009, SF Express set up its own airline company SF Airlines Co., Ltd., which started to recruit pilots from within.

Dreaming of being a pilot since young, Wang applied for the opportunity and was finally sent to the United States to be trained with another colleague after rounds of selections.

After two years of training in the U.S., during which Wang studied hard to raise his English level and learn knowledge on aviation, he returned to China in November of 2012 to start his career as a pilot.

Since then, Wang has flown flights of Boeing 737-300/400 for more than 3,800 hours and delivered more than 26,000 tons of packages.

In 2019, Wang became a command pilot and started giving lessons to new recruits and helping them to realize their dreams.

He believes that dreams may be realized late, but will never be absent as long as one fights for it.
