BEIJING, Dec. 20 (Xinhua) -- China's State Council Information Office will release a white paper on the country's energy development on Monday afternoon.

The white paper, titled "Energy in China's New Era," will be released at 3 p.m. Monday and a press conference will be held by the office. ■
