HANGZHOU, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese delegation entered the stadium during the opening ceremony of the Hangzhou Asian Games with swimming world champion Qin Haiyang and women's basketball team captain Yang Liwei as the flag-bearers.

China has announced a delegation of 1,329 members, including 886 athletes, who will compete in 407 events of 38 sports at the Hangzhou Asiad which will run until October 8.
