HOHHOT, Feb. 4 (Xinhua) --Events featuring the traditional craft of Horinger paper-cutting, a national intangible cultural heritage, were held in Horinger County on Wednesday to mark "Lichun," or the Beginning of Spring, the first of the 24 solar terms on the Chinese lunar calendar, and to welcome the upcoming Spring Festival.
